Rosacea

Assessment and treatment review for rosacea — including where redness, flushing or papules and pustules aren't responding to your current routine.

Who we can help

  • Diagnosed rosacea that isn't well controlled
  • Papulopustular rosacea (spots and inflammation)
  • Persistent facial redness and flushing
  • Anyone wanting to review or optimise their current rosacea treatment

When we may not be the right service

  • Eye symptoms (ocular rosacea) may need assessment by an optometrist or ophthalmologist
  • Sudden severe facial swelling or a rash with systemic symptoms needs in-person care

How your consultation works

Every initial consultation combines a medical questionnaire, photos of the affected skin, and a live video call with Ivnit or Ersa — so any treatment decision is made with the full picture, never from a form alone.

Treatment approach

Our clinicians can consider a wide range of evidence-based dermatology treatments. Any recommendation depends on your diagnosis, medical history, previous treatments, current medicines, monitoring requirements and individual circumstances — and is always discussed and agreed with you.

Where prescription treatment is appropriate, we issue a private prescription after your consultation. You choose which pharmacy dispenses it. Medication costs are charged by that pharmacy, separately from the consultation fee.

Follow-up

Skin treatment rarely ends with a single prescription. Where it helps, we'll agree a review and monitoring plan so we can see how your skin responds and adjust the approach over time.

Every enquiry is reviewed personally by Ivnit or Ersa before any treatment plan is suggested.
