The Skin Advisory is led equally by two Specialist Dermatology Pharmacist Independent Prescribers — Ivnit Kaur Bagga and Ersa Tsoutsoura.
We're a UK-based online dermatology service for people with established or previously diagnosed skin conditions who want specialist help getting more from their treatment — whether it isn't working, keeps returning, or you simply want to understand your options. For selected common conditions, we can also assess and treat you directly. If your concern needs in-person examination or another specialist, we'll tell you.
Ivnit Kaur Bagga, MPharmS
Ivnit is a clinically enhanced independent prescriber with a specialist focus in dermatology, acne management and biologic therapies. She currently practises within the NHS, managing complex dermatological conditions and high-cost drug therapies alongside clinical research and advanced practitioner education.
With over a decade of pharmacy experience, her NHS work spans psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, hidradenitis suppurativa, alopecia and acne, while her wider practice covers hormonal acne, rosacea, melasma, perioral dermatitis and photoageing. Her approach combines clinical precision with a deep understanding of skin of colour.
Ersa Tsoutsoura, MPharmS
Ersa is a highly experienced clinical pharmacist and independent prescriber, currently practising within NHS secondary care with a specialist focus on dermatology, immunotherapy and biologics. With more than 15 years of experience across NHS services, private practice and international pharmacy leadership, she develops safe, personalised treatment plans for complex clinical needs.
Her practice covers a wide range of conditions, including adult and hormonal acne, psoriasis, eczema and atopic dermatitis, vitiligo, seborrhoeic dermatitis, rosacea, melasma and hyperpigmentation, perioral dermatitis, hidradenitis suppurativa, urticaria, lichen planus, alopecia and fungal skin infections.
General Pharmaceutical Council registration
Both Ivnit and Ersa are Registered Pharmacists with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), the UK regulator for pharmacists. You can check any pharmacist's registration on the GPhC register.
Scope of practice
Our focus is the specialist medical management of skin conditions. Where skin health and optimisation form an appropriate part of your care plan, this may also be discussed. The Skin Advisory is not an aesthetics or injectables clinic, and we do not offer anti-wrinkle injections, fillers or standalone cosmetic procedures.
