Psoriasis

Specialist treatment review for established psoriasis — including scalp, flexural and plaque psoriasis that isn't well controlled.

Who we can help

  • Established plaque, scalp or flexural psoriasis
  • Psoriasis that isn't controlled on your current treatment
  • Anyone wanting to review topical treatment or understand next-step options
  • People already under specialist care who want a medicines-focused review alongside it

When we may not be the right service

  • Guttate, palmoplantar or rapidly changing psoriasis may need assessment for triggers or a differential diagnosis
  • Very extensive or severe psoriasis may be better managed in secondary care
Please read Some presentations need urgent or in-person assessment first — we'll always tell you if that's the case for you rather than proceeding online.

How your consultation works

Every initial consultation combines a medical questionnaire, photos of the affected skin, and a live video call with Ivnit or Ersa — so any treatment decision is made with the full picture, never from a form alone.

Treatment approach

Our clinicians can consider a wide range of evidence-based dermatology treatments. Any recommendation depends on your diagnosis, medical history, previous treatments, current medicines, monitoring requirements and individual circumstances — and is always discussed and agreed with you.

Where prescription treatment is appropriate, we issue a private prescription after your consultation. You choose which pharmacy dispenses it. Medication costs are charged by that pharmacy, separately from the consultation fee.

Follow-up

Skin treatment rarely ends with a single prescription. Where it helps, we'll agree a review and monitoring plan so we can see how your skin responds and adjust the approach over time.

Every enquiry is reviewed personally by Ivnit or Ersa before any treatment plan is suggested.
