How your consultation works
Every initial consultation combines a medical questionnaire, photos of the affected skin, and a live video call with Ivnit or Ersa — so any treatment decision is made with the full picture, never from a form alone.
When we may not be the right service
We can't assess new or changing moles, suspicious lesions, undiagnosed rashes that need examination or investigation, or dermatological emergencies. If your concern needs in-person care, we'll tell you and point you toward the right service.
