Hyperhidrosis

Assessment and treatment review for primary hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating) affecting the underarms, hands, feet or face.

Who we can help

  • Primary focal hyperhidrosis affecting daily life
  • Sweating not controlled by antiperspirants
  • Anyone wanting to understand the treatment options

When we may not be the right service

  • Sudden onset, one-sided, or night sweats may point to an underlying cause that needs investigation first

How your consultation works

Every initial consultation combines a medical questionnaire, photos of the affected skin, and a live video call with Ivnit or Ersa — so any treatment decision is made with the full picture, never from a form alone.

Treatment approach

Our clinicians can consider a wide range of evidence-based dermatology treatments. Any recommendation depends on your diagnosis, medical history, previous treatments, current medicines, monitoring requirements and individual circumstances — and is always discussed and agreed with you.

Where prescription treatment is appropriate, we issue a private prescription after your consultation. You choose which pharmacy dispenses it. Medication costs are charged by that pharmacy, separately from the consultation fee.

Follow-up

Skin treatment rarely ends with a single prescription. Where it helps, we'll agree a review and monitoring plan so we can see how your skin responds and adjust the approach over time.

Every enquiry is reviewed personally by Ivnit or Ersa before any treatment plan is suggested.
