Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS)

Ongoing medical management and treatment review for diagnosed hidradenitis suppurativa (HS).

Who we can help

  • Established diagnosis of HS
  • Mild to moderate HS you'd like to manage more actively
  • Anyone wanting to review current treatment and understand the options
  • People who want medicines-focused support alongside their existing care

When we may not be the right service

  • Severe, extensively tunnelling or scarring HS often needs shared or secondary care
  • A first presentation without a confirmed diagnosis may need in-person assessment

How your consultation works

Every initial consultation combines a medical questionnaire, photos of the affected skin, and a live video call with Ivnit or Ersa — so any treatment decision is made with the full picture, never from a form alone.

Treatment approach

Our clinicians can consider a wide range of evidence-based dermatology treatments. Any recommendation depends on your diagnosis, medical history, previous treatments, current medicines, monitoring requirements and individual circumstances — and is always discussed and agreed with you.

Where prescription treatment is appropriate, we issue a private prescription after your consultation. You choose which pharmacy dispenses it. Medication costs are charged by that pharmacy, separately from the consultation fee.

Follow-up

Skin treatment rarely ends with a single prescription. Where it helps, we'll agree a review and monitoring plan so we can see how your skin responds and adjust the approach over time.

Every enquiry is reviewed personally by Ivnit or Ersa before any treatment plan is suggested.
