Eczema
Treatment review and optimisation for established eczema and atopic dermatitis — especially where flares are frequent or your current plan has stopped working.
Who we can help
- Established atopic dermatitis or eczema
- Frequent flare-ups despite a regular routine
- Hand eczema and discoid (nummular) eczema
- Anyone wanting to understand escalation options beyond emollients and mild steroids
When we may not be the right service
- Widespread, weeping or infected eczema may need same-day in-person assessment
- Eczema of unclear cause where patch testing or further investigation is needed
How your consultation works
Every initial consultation combines a medical questionnaire, photos of the affected skin, and a live video call with Ivnit or Ersa — so any treatment decision is made with the full picture, never from a form alone.
Treatment approach
Our clinicians can consider a wide range of evidence-based dermatology treatments. Any recommendation depends on your diagnosis, medical history, previous treatments, current medicines, monitoring requirements and individual circumstances — and is always discussed and agreed with you.
Where prescription treatment is appropriate, we issue a private prescription after your consultation. You choose which pharmacy dispenses it. Medication costs are charged by that pharmacy, separately from the consultation fee.
Follow-up
Skin treatment rarely ends with a single prescription. Where it helps, we'll agree a review and monitoring plan so we can see how your skin responds and adjust the approach over time.

Every enquiry is reviewed personally by Ivnit or Ersa before any treatment plan is suggested.
